Can only apply one discount per visit, cannot be combined with any other offers! All Discount offers are exempt from any series package!
Appointments:
We will always do our best to accommodate your requests, but we highly recommend you make a reservation in advance for any of our services. You must be 18 years or older to make an appointment for any service, (Appointments must be made for anyone under 18 by a parent or guardian).
In order to preserve the peaceful and tranquil experience that our guests have come to expect and to comply with insurance guidelines, you must be at least 14 to be on the premises of Healthy Glow Esthetics Spa. Thank you in advance for understanding.
You may email us or visit our Web page to schedule an appointment. A text and/or email from the Studio Spa computer generated through square will contact you to remind you of your appointment within one day of schedule appointment. Any information you provide on our site will not be sold or disclosed to any outside party.mple
Cancellations:
The time needed for the service(s) or Service Treatment Package that you schedule is reserved exclusively for you.
If you need to cancel a reservation or reschedule one, we require a minimum of 24-Hours-notice for individual services. Please call us at 470-796-5361.
We reserve the right to charge your credit card if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled in less than the notice required by this Cancellation Policy. 100% of the service will be charged for cancellations and changes made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Any cancellations or changes made within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the appointment cost.
Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. Late arrivals will result in a shortened appointment so the next guest will not be delayed, and you will be charged for the full appointment.
If it is your first visit with our Studio Spa for facials, or microderm you will need to fill out Studio Spa forms for our records. If you have any questions or inquiries, please leave your message on our voicemail, text or email.
Check In:
To receive full value of the service, please arrive promptly. If you are a new client, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time of booking your appointment to fill out an Intake form.
Restrictions:
To receive the splendor and full pampering of your service we would like to suggest that you please turn off your cell phone off or on silent while inside the Studio Spa. We will not be responsible for the loss or damage of your personal items.
Any sexual or unethical solicitations are not tolerated and will result in non-completion of your service and could be reported to authorities. Healthy Glow Esthetics is a smoke free Studio Spa.
Health, Allergies, or Pregnancy Considerations:
When visiting or calling for your appointment, please make sure to notify our staff if you have any health conditions, limitations, allergies to medications or fruits, physical ailments, medications you are currently taking, or if you are pregnant. Please alert our therapist immediately for any discomfort during your treatment.
It is suggested but not required after our services it would be more comfortable for you if you are free of restrictive clothes. Allow a couple of hours after service before using deodorant on waxed underarms. If you are scheduled for spa facials, body treatments, you will be asked to put our wrap/robe on in private.
What to Wear:
Wrap/Robe will be provided for you.
If you are scheduled for a facial, we encourage you do not wear make-up prior to your service. Please let us know if you are wearing contact lenses, we also suggest you let us know if you are using skin medications such as Retinol or Accutane before doing your treatment.
Gift Cards:
HGE Gift Cards are always welcomed. They will be honored for Services, products purchases and are not redeemable for cash. Your Gift Card should be presented at checkout, otherwise you will be responsible for any charges incurred during your visit to the Studio Spa. Payments:
We accept cash, ALL major credit cards, cash app, venmo, apple pay and HGE Gift Cards. Also, can use Afterpay on-line only
Gratuities:
Gratuities (or tips) are not included in our prices, but are highly appreciated by our staff. The standard gratuity is 15% – 20% of the cost of service provided.
